What are the root cause of of having myxoma at the right side of the heart?

Myxoma: These are benign growths that occur in the heart and the cause is really unknown and the treatment is to remove it surgically. Once removed they do not grow back usually.

Cardiac myxoma: These are the most common types of tumors that arise from cells within heart tissue. They occur more commonly in women and about 75% are located in the left atrium of the heart. There are rare hereditary forms of this tumor. They are associated with a variety of symptoms that are not often associated with cardiac disease. An echocardiogram can often detect these tumors. Rarely are they malignant.
