Try: Glycerine suppository and after insertion ly on your left side for 20 -30 minutes before trying to have a bm. You can repeat the suppository in 3-4 hours if no result from the first. Sometimes a mineral oil enema can also help, but if unsuccessful with the above consider a trip to your doctor or the er.
