Stop the cause: Thie first thing to do is to stop whatever is causing the erosion. Usually those things are drinks that areh ighly acidic, such as carbonated sodas, energy drinks, power drinks, even tea and coffee. These drinks can erode the enamel off your teeth. Gerd and bulimia can also cause erosion. The second thing is to see your dentist to assess the severity and offer some solutions.
