Dx:Hidradenitis supp: If you have 'infected follicles' under the arms then you may have an 'acne' related condition: hidradenitis suppurtiva. You should get seen by your primary care doctor or dermatologist to get a diagnosis and get proper treatment (e.g. Oral antibiotics, possible injections). Hope you are better soon!
