What are the beneficial effects of drinking tender coconut water in the early morning after exercising?

Electrolytes: Coconut water is good for replenishing electrolytes after intensive exercise. However, unless you are doing very intensive and prolonged exercise in the morning, coconut water is an expensive alternative to plain old water. But, if you enjoy it, that's probably the most beneficial effect!
