Possibly: A girl who has either not started puberty or is still in early puberty, may not yet have much breast development. Breast growth reaches its peak by the end of puberty. Please discuss your concern with your physician to determine if you might need a medical evaluation.

Hey Doc, I'm a male 19y/o and have seen that I have puffy nipples. I dont have much chest fat and my bmi says I'm normal. When it's cold my nipples get nice and hard but later on it gets puffy. Is this because I'm going thru puberty(im a late bloomer?
