Not necessarily..: For the most part, most blood pressure meds would not interact with orlistat, especially if you are not taking them at the same time. Orlistat works by reducing the fatty foods from being absorbed into your body thus reducing the total calories you get, and the subsequent wt loss. So, if you need both, i don't see a problems. If you are having trouble, consult doc. Good luck.
