Try NSAIDs: Carpal tunnel syndrome doesn't always require surgery. Anti inflammatory medication might help relieve symptoms. Night splinting should help in early stages. Splinting while engaging those activities that aggregate your symptoms can help as well. Maintain an ideal body weight. Exercises, such as yoga might also help. If symptoms persist, see your doctor for an evaluation and referral.
