Some are, some not: You'll have to consult the prescriber for information on medication safety, i can't list them all here in a short answer. Definitely check on both OTC and prescription med safety before taking medications while nursing.

Ask your Doc: There are millions of meds u have to be more specific, if u are not sure ask your pediatrician that is their job, no one can tell you every med that it would take days or months to list them all.
