Wait until after: I generally recommend waiting until you are finished breastfeeding prior to having any procedures. There are no studies to show whether this is safe. Furthermore, because your hormones are at different levels during the postpartum period, you may be more likely to hyperpigment after a laser procedure if you were to do it while breastfeeding.
