Why would you?: Enjuvia is an estrogen replacement product for hot flashes and menopause treatment. I am not sure why this would be needed during pregnancy. Sometimes with in vitro patients estrogen supplementation is indicated in the 1st trimester. Other than that i can not think of reason why this would be needed. Estrogen can cut down the supply of milk during breastfeeding.
