Anorexia nervosa: People with anorexia nervosa restrict their overall intake of food, in order to control their weight. They might also restrict to certain types of food, and this would be an individual choice. If someone is eating only certain types of food, though, it doesn't automatically mean s/he has anorexia nervosa.

Orexin: We neuroscientist are understanding eating disorders which are making us humble new molecule orexin is being studied along with serotonin and histamine in the struggles pts with eating disorders has so we doctors still are learning but anorexia is the internal image of self pt has about them self which is created by various factors including enmeshed relationship disturbed neurotranmitters.
