Anorexia nervosa: People with anorexia nervosa restrict their overall intake of food, in order to control their weight. They might also restrict to certain types of food, and this would be an individual choice. If someone is eating only certain types of food, though, it doesn't automatically mean s/he has anorexia nervosa.
