A member asked:

How do i treat patellar tendonitis that wont go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See Orthopaedic doc: Tendinitis is common in many joints, but can be particularly troublesome in the knees. Ice, braces and otc nsaid's are a good home treatments. If that is ineffective, see a board certified orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation and treatment. Physical therapy, oral/injectable steroids and/or surgery may be needed.
