I am very deppressed, and feel its getting worse. i have no insurance so what can i do for myself to help?

Lots of things: Exercise, eat healthy and think about those things that might make you sad and see if you can fix them on your own. Still, a lot of antidepressants on the market are quite inexpensive and seeing a doctor to see if such medications would be right for you might not cost near as much as you might think. Talking to a professional can help sometimes even more than medication.
