Healthy Habits: Like most things - anxiety and stress can be improved by getting good sleep, exercising, eating a reasonable diet, making time for leisure, spending time with others. For more significant anxiety problems you could consider talking to a therapist and or the use of anti-anxiety medications if the symptoms do not respond to less intense interventions.
