Kidney stones?: Bleeding from the vaginal area could be coming from the urethra and thus mixed with urine. In that case the most common cause of kidney pain and hematuria is stones. If the bleeding is not mixed with urine you have a gynecological problem and need to consider many possibilities requiring a gyn exam. Pain in that case would not be from the kidney.
