AVN lunate bone: Actually the disease is spell kienbock with 2 little dots on top of the o.As you probably know is due to avascular necrosis of the lunate bone of the wrist , it occurs mainly between the ages of 15 to 40.The x-ray picture depend upon what stage of the disease.(1 to 4)you can see pictures is you goole it.

Kienbocks disease: This is a disease in which a bone in the middle of the wrist has no blood supply. It often will fracture and lead to wrist arthritis. The affected hand should appear normal or possibly swollen at the wrist.
