#1 R/O Preg: Assuming you are not, u need an exam and hormone blood testing and an ultrasound to make sure nothing wrong with your uterus or ovaries and to see if you are building up enough endometrial tissue to have a period , so you should make an appt with your gyn or a board certified gyn if u do not already have one.

It depends: Have you been on Depo-Provera since then? If so, having no periods is a common result of taking depo. If you haven't been taking Depo-Provera or any other forms of birth control since oct. 2010, and you are of reproductive age, you should see an ob/gyn physician to make sure that you are not pregnant and to get checked for your lack of periods.
