Renal or Kidney role: Hi a creatine level at 1.43 would represent what we call 'renal insufficiency syndrome'. It could be that your kidneys are under strain and are not cleaning the blood of all of the toxins that it should. It could mean your kidneys are beginning to fail. If you do not have a relationship with the appropriate health care provider to protect your kidneys and treat the underlying disease get one!
