Uncertain: With normal ovulation, the Progesterone level 7 days after ovulation should be 15 or more. Is it possible you ovulated earlier or later than day 14? See your doctor to go over your cycle carefully including when your ovulation indicator changed. Perhaps you would benefit with Progesterone support next cycle.

Yes, maybe: A serum Progesterone level over about 1.5 in the second half of the cycle virtually guarantees ovulation. A single luteal level however can't be used to accurately say how 'good' an ovulation is, that's a common misunderstanding. Could you be pregnant? Maybe, good luck!
