Need to be seen: Im not sure what youve done and haven't had results its hard to know exactly what you need without your age and degree of skeletal maturity. With the curve you have, you might need a brace or if youve finished growth just observation. The only way to actually correct the curve would be a surgical correction which you don't need based on your description.

Maybe observation: If you are finished growing, a curve of your size is very unlikely to progress unless it is in the lower back & after menopause, you develop osteoporosis or osteopenia, it may progress &/or lead to more accelerated degenerative changes. Otherwise, no surgery is indicated & you should exercise regularly, eat well & not become obese & never smoke. If you have children, make sure they are checked.

Scoliosis: 32 degree scoliosis is unlikely to progress into adulthood, provided it is idiopathic. Treatment is un necessary but should be followed every 5 years or so.
