Over the last week or so, my vision has gotten really bad and i can hardly see clearly across a room.. it feels like i'm quickly going blind:/?

Get the exam. : You should definitely get that checked out as it does not sound normal at all. It could be a large number of bad things or something mild and self limiting. The only way to know which is to make a diagnosis. Inflammatory retinal conditions can follow this pattern. There are vascular obstructions in the retina. These can have a bad prognosis if not treated so make sure not to ignore.
