Possibly there is.: The only oral cancer that may possibly be prevented by vaccine is caused by the human papilloma virus. This virus has been linked to cerivcal cancer and a vaccine has been developed to combat it. With the upswing of oral cancer caused by hpv some protection may be possible for those receiving the immunization. At this point no other cancer in the mouth is preventable by any form of immunization.
