Unusual: It is unusual for both ovaries to hurt at the same time. Pain is often a symptom of ovulation, and most women ovulate from one ovary each month. You may have a cyst, but again, this would typically be only on one ovary. You should see your gyn and probably need an ultrasound, which is an excellent test to evaluate your ovaries.
