Yes: Both make you very sleepy and reduce your ability to breathe. Combining the two could be lethal. Seroquel (quetiapine) is often used to treat mood disorders and drinking alcohol would have a negative effect on mood as well.

Seizure threshold : Alcohal decreases seizure threshold so does seroqoel , great meds but given with the understanding by your doctor that u won't drink otherwise u will end up having a seizure as they both together may decrease the seizure threshold.
