Arm pain: You need to specify more details what type of surgery, positioning for the surgery, were there any intravenous lines or injections in the arm, when did the pain start, what part of the arm specifically.

No: There should be no long lasting residual discomfort in your arm from an uncomplicated anesthetic. Consult with your doctor for evaluation. Some things that could cause residual pain are infiltrated iv's, poor surgical positioning, or multiple IV attempts.
