Stretch marks: Striae or stretch marks can be very challenging to treat. First, it they are still red or purple in color they are much more susceptible to treatment. Topicals such as retin-A and gylcolic acids can be very effective. In addition, laser treatments using non- ablative technology that stimulate collagen can improve the damaged skin considerably. If it is white these methods are less effective.
