Just kidding. At least check thyroid function. Assuming you're not a diabetic on Insulin experiencing hypoglycemia, the only other endocrine condition to consider would be pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, which are rare as hens' teeth.
Could be good ol' (idiopathic) hyperhydrosis.
