No: It does not mean it is bad when you wait for results. It means that your x-ray was not read by a radiologist.

Not necessarily: You should not have to wait too long. Usually report delivered to referring physician in matter of minutes in todays electronic world. I would contact physician or office manager to find out reason for delay. You are entitled to results in reasonable amount of time.
