Fullness, tenderness: One of the early symptoms of pregnancy is a feeling of fullness of the breasts. One of the early signs is prominence of the bumps in the areola around the nipple. Neither one gives definitive diagnosis of pregnancy, however. A doctor would need to sort out what is happening.
