Could sore breasts be a sign of pregnancy if the soreness is closer toward the armpits? i've had several other symptoms as well.

Possible: Breast tenderness can certainly occur with pregnancy, and if you have other symptoms too, than perform a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant and your tenderness persists, see a dr. For an evaluation. Good luck to you.
