Possible: Breast tenderness can certainly occur with pregnancy, and if you have other symptoms too, than perform a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant and your tenderness persists, see a dr. For an evaluation. Good luck to you.

Possible, check UPT!: Why wonder when you can check a urine pregnancy test at home and make sure? Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!
