Give it time: Make sure your doc has cleared you (checked for infection, abscess, hernia, etc) & if all is normal, give yourself more time. Do remain active with non exertional activity (walk, bike) & take nsaids (tylenol, advil, (ibuprofen) or naprosyn) & follow your doc's instructions. It takes up to 6 weeks for your fascia (strong layer) to heal completely. So, give it more time, stretch, walk & f/u with your doc.
