Prenatal Care ASAP: Short and long term outcomes of pregnancy have been tied to early adoption of prenatal care. Interface asap with a health care provider who provides prenatal care. Be mindful of the fact that there are healthcare providers that provide only prenatal care and then recommend hospitals for delivery, where as there are others that provide the continuity from prenatal care to also delivering you.

OBGYN: Seek out an obgyn doctor as soon as you think or find out you are pregnant. We specialize in taking care of pregnant women. Early prenatal care is the key to a healthy pregnancy. If you don't know of any local obgyn doctors, ask you friends or family. They are bound to know a good one. Good luck!
