CPAP pillow: Side sleepers may want to try special CPAP pillows that are cut out to accommodate masks and prevent them from getting dislodged. Back sleepers can use whatever they are comfortable with.

Patient choice: Whatever pillow is comfortable. If you mean nasal pillow, which is part of the mask, whatever seals properly.
