Try a different mask: I don't think using Abreva would be a problem but that nasal pillow will severely slow healing. The CPAP company ought you provide you, on your doctor's order, a different mask which won't touch that area. Also, are you sure it is a cold doer and not an ulcer produced by the nasal pillow?

Yes: Abreva would be fine for cold sore. Ask sleep MD for suggestions about CPAP adjustments.
