Fish oil-lisinopril: Yes. The manufacturer has not reported any problem with using while taking fish oil. However it is better not to take both at the exact same time as fish oil might slow down the absorption of the lisinopril.

Yes, but: Instead of fish oil, get your omega-3s from wild alaskan salmon and sardines, which are both high in omega-3s and low in contaminants.
