High vs low: Long term high BP will lead to heart disease, increases risk of kidney disease, stroke/heart attacks, atherslerosis etc...Lower than average BP may not cause any problem at all as long as you are not having symptoms such as dizziness/passing out, short-of-breath etc...For an adult, BP of less than 90 is likely to cause some symptoms above. If u r concerned, consult doc. Good luck.
