Relative: Low blood pressure would, i suppose, be defined by most of us as a mean pressure < 50-60mmhg (big number + 2*small number / 3 is a rough estimate) but the clinical answer is that unless you're symptomatic (dizzy, lightheaded, passing out) almost any BP is ok. High is any systolic number that is usually > 140 or bottom usually > 90.
