What a question!: Like everything in your body, the anus and rectum have finite abilities to stretch before they break. That being said, some pretty amazing things have been recorded as foreign objects that were placed during sexual exploration or that requred retrieval after insertion through the anal canal. Not recommended that you push the envelope!
