Long time: This is currently in phase 3 testing in a randomized trial in renal cell cancer. This vaccine targets (tumaps) tumor associated proteins which are thought to be clinically relevant in the development of cancer. I would think that once the phase 3 trial is completed and the data is compiled it will be several months if the results are positive. So probably a couple years at least.

Cannot predict.: Ima901 is an immune therapy (cancer vaccine) for renal cell carcinoma of the kidney. It is currently under investigation in multi center phase 3 trials in europe and the U.S. Our center is not part of the trial, but information at clinicaltrials.Gov shows that phase 3 is currently accruing patients. They estimate data in 2014. It takes a mean of 8 years from the start of phase i trials to market.
