Get it checked.: Although this is likely a benign cyst or benign lipoma (fatty lesion), i recommend having a dermatologist or your doctor evaluate this. Another possibility is a swollen lymph node. Again, always good to have new or changing lesions checked by your doctor.

Not enough info: This could be any number of things. Possibilities are a cyst, or lipoma. It it best to have your doctor examine this to be sure it is something benign.
