How old's your child: In pt's with tourette's who develop td they may develop it from the use of potent neurolepics used offen for behavioral management..More info is needed including the age of your child and medication, developemental history etc. Your pediatrician may need to refer your child to a pediatric neurologist for further eval.

Regression in any : Developmental domain always warrants a neurological evaluation. Tourette's would't cause the type of regression you're describing. If your son is not enrolled in early childhood special education services through your school district, call its child find team for assessment for eligibility. If there is a developmental specialty clinic nearby, they can also help figure this out.
