Yes: If you have a headache or some trouble sleeping, you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) pm as the package insert says. If you need to take this medication though every night, you may want to discuss the problem you are having with your obstetrician. If you are having headaches later in the pregnancy, you need your blood pressure etc checked. Tell your OB at your next visit that you are taking this med.

Not a problem: The main components of this product are Acetaminophen & diphenhydramine. Both meds are considered safe during pregnancy. Please let your OB know any time you consider an otc medication for regular use so they can make sure it does not interact with prescribed meds.
