Fatigue!!! Help!: Hi at 25 you are right to ask this question. You should be the opposite of tired. So, a good medical evaluation is definitely warranted. I would want to know if you have any medical conditions, what other symptoms you are experiencing besides fatigue. I would run some lab work based upon your particular history. But, this is likely a thyroid condition, mono, or a sugar problem or anemia.

Anemia is commonest : The important causes of fatigue in young women include iron deficiency anemia, hypothyroidism, depression, poor or un-refreshing sleep, sleep apnea syndrome and lack of physical exercise. You need to discuss with your physician and have some basic blood work done to rule out the easily reversible causes.
