Lay on your abdomen: A retro-flexed uterus means that the uterine position tilts backwards towards the spine. This in turn causes the cervix to point forwards towards the pubic bone. After intercourse if the woman lays on her abdomen this will allow sperm the pool around the cervix. This pooling hopefully will allow more sperm to enter into the reproductive tract.

Normal variant. : You should not have to do anything different because a tilted, or retroflexed, uterus does not delay pregnancy.

The same: Retro-flexed or retro-verted uteri are variants of normal, constituting roughly 10% of nomral uteri. Notice this is not an abnormality, just a less common normal variant. No data to date support this as abnormal, all aspects of conception should be similar (although doctors often find the retro uterus trickier to examine.).
