No: If i understand your question i believe you had a supracervical/subtotal hysterectomy: the cervix remains but the body of the uterus is gone? It is not possible with today's capabilities for you to conceive in this case. If your ovaries remain, you could theoretically have a child by harvesting your eggs through ivf and having another woman (gestational carrier) carry the baby. Best of luck!
