Yeast or skin abnorm: Depending on how old you are, a yeast infection can cause itching. If there is no discharge , it could be something like lichen sclerosis that causes itching at night. See your doctor, soon.

Since the winter started i have a rash between my legs, at my inner thighs close to my genital area. It only itches late afternoon, its red and have a burning sensation. Some days it looks like the skin is very red and almost if it is cut open.
I could not stop scratching between my legs . Rashes, dark skin and feels wety between my legs , area around private par. Anus itching starting too.
Butt itches bad. Could be dry skin. On which parts of the butt area is hydrocortisone not recommended?
