Still there: It is still there. There is a common characteristic of many disease processes that people think they go away when they feel better after starting treatment. I see this all the time in the psych population, especially in borderline and bipolar patients. You need to continue your treatment. They may adjust it with time, but don't just stop. Your sxs could recur and be difficult to deal with.

Ongoing therapy: Borderline pd is a longstanding pattern of thoughts, feelings, and behavior involving the way you see yourself and others. This basic pattern can trigger many crises and turbulent emotions -- including intense anger, anxiety, and depression. Medications can help manage these expressions, but ongoing therapy is needed to work with the personality patterns. They do not go away by themselves.
