See below: I don't believe there is any evidence for using vitamins to reduce anxiety.If you are having persistent anxiety the most effective Rx for rapid improvement is medication. However there is also evidence that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is helpful.Using both together is also recommended.There is an app for smartphone for CBT which is excellent:Stress and Anxiety Companion. see bit.ly/104V8hb
