How far into leukemia treatments does hair start falling out for a six year old girl?

Depends: Treatments are different for different types of leukemia and for different subtypes of the same leukemia. If she has all, it may be a few months, but then the hair may regrow later. If it is another type, the treatment may be more severe, and the hair will fall out sooner.
